SHIPPING POLICY

PRODUCTION TIME

All HallSilver products are custom-made to order. After you approve your design proof, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production and delivery. This includes:

  • Design finalization: 3–5 business days for your initial proof (faster if you provide print-ready artwork)
  • Engraving and quality check: 5–7 business days after proof approval
  • Shipping transit: 2–4 business days via USPS Priority Mail

You will receive email updates at each stage of the process.

SHIPPING RATES AND METHODS

All US orders ship via USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate of $0.00, regardless of order size. Every shipment is:

  • Fully insured for the total order value
  • Tracked with a tracking number emailed to you upon shipment
  • Protected in either an individual protective capsule or padded box to preserve the finish during transit and long-term storage

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship to all 50 US states and US territories. Once your coin or bar has shipped, you can expect delivery within 2–4 business days depending on your location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders ship for a flat rate via USPS Priority Mail International, fully insured and tracked.

For international inquiries, please contact us at support@hallsilver.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note: international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or VAT charges imposed by their country upon delivery.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com or through the Shop app if you checked out with Shop Pay.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

  • Lost packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your order, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with USPS to investigate and, if the package cannot be located, ship a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Damaged packages: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening (if possible) and contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hallsilver.com.
