Response Times

We typically respond to emails within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Custom design inquiries may take slightly longer as we review your files and prepare a thoughtful response.

Common Questions

  • Order status or tracking: Check your order confirmation email for tracking details, or email us with your order number.
  • Custom design help: Not sure if your image or logo will work on a silver coin? Send it over — we're happy to take a look before you place an order.
  • Defective or damaged item: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
  • Wholesale or bulk orders: Reach out at support@hallsilver.com and we'll put together a custom quote.
